First Grade Supply List 2009-2010

FOR CLASSROOM POOL: Please do not write names on these items:

  • 2 dozen yellow no 2 pencils (No mechanical pencils). Please pre-sharpen.
  • 6 Pink Pearl erasers (no pencil top erasers
  • 4 Elmer's glue stick
  • 5 dry-erase wide-tip markers
  • 1 box washable Crayola markers, primary colors only
  • 1 box 16 count Crayola crayons (please-no larger than 16 count so supplies fit in desks!)
  • 4 laminated folders (plain colors, no "character folders", pocket on the bottom please!)
  • 1 large boxes of tissue
  • 1 spiral notebook (wide ruled)
  • Zip lock Bags (snack size, quart size, or gallon size)

FOR INDIVIDUAL STUDENTS: Please label with student's name:

  • 1 backpack (no wheels please)
  • 1 box of name tags (please write in market you child's
      first name
    on 10 of the name tags)
  • Math bank: please send in quart sized zip lock bag with the child's name on it (25 pennies, 10 dimes, 10 nickels, 6 quarters)

Please purchase designated brands and quantities. This supply list has been carefully created based on years of experience with student supplies.
