Hi! Welcome to our first grade classroom website! I am so pleased and excited to be teaching first grade at Carson Elementary. I love working with such an enthusiastic, charismatic and fun first grade class.

I graduated in December 2007 from the University of Northern Colorado with my degree in elementary education. For the next few months I substituted at a variety of schools, taught sports and fitness to preschoolers and enjoyed my summer teaching 3rd grade.

When I'm not in the classroom, I love going to the mountains and being outside with my dog Tucker. I love baking desserts (and eating them), spending time with my family, and planning trips and traveling.
